Described herein are methods and compositions for treating or preventing a food allergy. Aspects of the invention relates to administering to a subject an agent that induces a regulatory T cell, or population thereof, that expresses ROR yt. Another aspect of the invention relates to administering a fecal matter transplant to a subject having reduced ROR yt-expressing regulatory T cells to treat or prevent a food allergy.La présente invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions destinées à traiter et/ou à prévenir une allergie alimentaire.
