PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator which is capable of efficiently generating fine mist.SOLUTION: A mist generator includes: a rotational substrate 70 which is rotatably driven and fluid feeding means 9 for feeding a mist generating fluid 8 to the rotational substrate 70. In the mist generator, annular arrays 82 of collision walls with collision walls 81 and fluid passages 83 alternately arranged are provided at least doubly in a radial direction in a state of surrounding a rotation center of the rotational substrate 70. The arrays 82 of collision walls are arranged in a state that the collision walls 81 constituting an outer side array 82 of collision walls are facing the fluid passages 83 of an inner side array 82 of collision walls.
