PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection mechanism, a fluid processing system using the same, and an operation method of fluid processing devices, which can sanitarily connect in a desired state by an extremely simple operation when connecting the fluid processing devices.SOLUTION: In a connection mechanism for fluid processing devices, a fluid processing system using the same, and an operation method of the fluid processing devices, a connection mechanism communicates a first fluid processing device having a connector and a second fluid processing device having a penetrated wall part through penetration of the penetrated wall part by the connector. The connector has: an axial tip part capable of piercing the penetrated wall part by push-in of the connector to the penetrated wall part and a cut-open part branching from the tip part into a plurality of ridge-shaped parts, extending in a connector shaft direction, and comprising cutting edge parts, which can tear the penetrated wall part by further push-in, at a connector radial tip part of each ridge-shaped part.
