The present invention relates to a device for automating a plant factory, and more particularly, to a device for automating a plant factory, which comprises a bucket installed to be hung while rotating, wherein the bucket is provided with upper and lower end mounting spaces, and a hair growth box in which cultivated crops are planted is arranged side by side in the upper end mounting space, and a lamp unit for irradiating a light source to a lower side is provide at the lower end mounting space, so that the light source irradiated from the lamp unit of the bucket located at an upper portion illuminates the hair growth box of the bucket located at the lower portion while the bucket in which the cultivated crops are planted is rotated to cultivate the cultivated crops.본 발명은 식물공장 자동화장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 회전가능하도록 매달려 설치되는 버킷을 포함하되, 상기 버킷은 상단과 하단의 거치공간을 구비하여, 상단의 거치공간에는 재배작물이 식재되는 육모상자가 나란하게 배치되고, 하단의 거치공간에는 하부로 광원을 조사하는 램프부가 구비되어, 재배작물이 식재된 버킷이 회전되면서, 상부에 위치한 버킷의 램프부로부터 조사되는 광원이 하부에 위치한 버킷의 육모상자를 조명하여 재배작물을 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물공장 자동화장치에 관한 것이다.
