A pharmaceutical composition comprises an extract of a herb mixture consisting of Panax ginseng, Poria Cocos, Polygala tenuifolia, Acorus gramineus SOLAND, Gastrodia elata BLUME and Moschus in a weight ratio of 1-12:1-12:1-8:1-8:1-8:0.1-0.4 as an effective ingredient, wherein the extract is obtained by using a solvent selected from the group consisting of water, C1-4 alcohol and a mixture solvent thereof.
