PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular endothelium function examination device capable of improving the accuracy of examining a vascular endothelium function.SOLUTION: The vascular endothelium function examination device includes: a first cuff 2 a cuff pressure control part 5 for controlling the pressure of the first cuff 2 a cuff pressure detection part 11 for detecting cuff pressure from an output of a pressure sensor 6 connected to the first cuff 2 a pulse wave detection part 12 for detecting a pulse wave from the output of the pressure sensor 6 a blood pressure measurement part 13 for measuring a blood pressure value on the basis of the detected cuff pressure and pulse wave a storage part 15 for storing an elasticity indicator value β representing the elasticity of a blood vessel of a subject and an analysis part 14 for analysing data to evaluate the endothelium function of the blood vessel. The analysis part 14 calculates indicators α1, α2 showing a change in blood vessel diameter in each period before and after an avascularization period Tb on the basis of a blood pressure value and the elasticity indicator value β measured before and after the avascularization period Tb, and uses the indicators to evaluate the vascular endothelium function of the subject.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】血管内皮機能の検査の精度を向上させることが可能な血管内皮機能検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1のカフ2と、第1のカフ2の圧力を制御するカフ圧制御部5と、第1のカフ2に接続された圧力センサ6の出力からカフ圧を検出するカフ圧検出部11と、圧力センサ6の出力から脈波を検出する脈波検出部12と、検出されたカフ圧と脈波とに基づいて血圧値を計測する血圧計測部13と、被検者の血管の弾性を表す弾性指標値βを記憶する記憶部15と、血管の内皮機能を評価するためにデータを解析する解析部14とを備える。解析部14は、駆血期間Tbの前後で計測された血圧値と弾性指標値βとに基づいて駆血期間Tbの前後の各々における血管径の変化を示す指標α1,α2を算出し、これらの指標を用いて被験者の血管内皮機能を評価する。【選択図】図1
