The present invention relates to an orthodontic device, the device is characterized by comprising: a single wire provided on the labial side or the lingual side of the teeth involved in orthodontic treatment in a lower group of teeth or the teeth in an upper group of teeth; an adhesive which is adhered to the teeth in question and is then cured so as to be secured thereto while covering the single wire; a soluble substance which is formed on the single wire and is subsequently dissolved in order to prevent adhesion of same to the adhesive; and an archwire which is moved in the axial direction after having been inserted into the adhesive once the soluble substance has been dissolved and the single wire has been removed from same in order to effect tooth-body movement.
