The present invention relates to a process for preparing a trichloroammineplatinate salt by reacting a tetrachloroplatinate salt in aqueous solution in the presence of ammonium chloride and an alkali chloride with one or more carbonate salts selected from the group consisting of potassium, sodium and ammonium carbonate while keeping the pH value below 7 during the reaction the product obtained therein and a use thereof.La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation dun sel trichloroammineplatinate en faisant réagir un sel tétrachloroplatinate dans une solution aqueuse en présence de chlorure dammonium et dun chlorure dalcali avec un ou plusieurs sels carbonates choisis dans le groupe comprenant le carbonate de potassium, de sodium et dammonium tout en maintenant la valeur du pH au-dessous de 7 au cours de la réaction le produit obtenu dans ce procédé et son utilisation.
