The present invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a metal stent and a metal stent manufacturing method using the same and, more specifically, to a mold for manufacturing a metal stent capable of being thinly manufactured in a stent of a metal material and to a metal stent manufacturing method using the same. The mold for manufacturing a metal stent of the present invention includes: a central jig of a conductive material； and a molding part which surrounds the central jig and is formed in an engraved groove which corresponds to a stent shape in the outer circumference surface, wherein the molding part is formed with a water soluble material which is melted by water. The metal stent manufacturing method of the present invention includes: a mold forming step of forming the mold by mounting the molding part of a water soluble material on the central jig of a conductive material； an engraved groove processing step of forming an engraved groove which corresponds to a stent shape on the outer circumference surface of the molding part； an electroplating step of putting the mold in a water tank which accommodates metal electrolyte and fills the engraved groove with metal by connecting the central jig with a cathode； a mold separating step of separating the stent which is formed in metal filled in the engraved groove from the molding part by removing the molding part by dissolving the molding part in water； and a polishing step of polishing the stent.본 발명은 메탈 스텐트 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 메탈 재질의 스텐트를 얇게 제작할 수 있는 메탈 스텐트 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 메탈 스텐트 제조용 금형은, 전도성 재질의 중심지그와； 상기 중심지그를 감싸고, 외주면에 스텐트 형상에 대응되는 음각홈에 형성된 성형부를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 성형부는 물에 의해 녹는 수용성재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 본 발명의 메탈 스텐트 제조방법은, 전도성 재질의 중심지그에 수용성재질의 성형부를 장착하여 금형을 형성하는 금형형성단계와； 상기 성형부의 외주면에 스텐트 형상에 대응되는 음각홈을 형성하는 음각홈가공단계와； 상기 금형을 금속전해액이 수용된 수조에 넣고, 상기 중심지그를 음극에 연결하여 상기 음각홈에 금속이 충진되도록 하는 전해도금단계와； 상기 성형부를 물에 녹여 제거하여, 상기 음각홈에 충진된 금속으로 형성된 스텐트를 상기 성형부로부터 분리하는 금형분리단계와； 상기 스텐트를 연마하는 연마단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
