PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture knot-tying member capable of easily and efficiently knotting an end side of suture in the suturation of a biological tissue in an operation, and a suture set.SOLUTION: A suture knot-tying member 5 for knotting a suture used for suturation of a biological tissue at an end side includes: a first wall part 52A a second wall part 52B which is connected to the first wall part 52A and at least a part of which faces the first wall part 52A and a knot-tying part 54 that is formed between the first wall part 52A and the second wall part 52B.
