PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the feature "magnetism generation means usable as support posts" compatible with the feature "improved magnetic efficiency" with one end of a coil bobbin entered into a magnetic pole hole in a case body inner surface and with a flange part of the coil bobbin contacting the case body inner surface.SOLUTION: In a magnetic treatment device including a case body 2 provided with a magnetic action surface 2a, and magnetism generation means 3 built in the case body 2, the magnetism generation means 3 comprises: a coil bobbin 6 with a spool 5 having flanges 4, 4 at both ends and with the spool 5 wound by electric wires around it and an iron core 7 fitted into the spool 5 with one end part 7a projecting from one flange of the coil bobbin 6. The projecting one end part 7a of the iron core 7 is entered into a magnetic pole hole 8 formed in an inner surface of the magnetic action surface 2a, and one flange 4 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the magnetic action surface 2a, thereby regulating a concavity to the inner surface of the magnetic action surface 2a by the magnetism generation means 3.
