This invention provides a method for preparing alga oligosaccharides, which comprises the steps of: cleaning and desalting algae to prepare an alga paste inducing Acinetobacter baumannii by using the alga paste to generate a crude enzyme solution carrying out a hydrolysis reaction by mixing the alga paste with the crude enzyme solution to obtain an algal polysaccharide hydrolysate and then, carrying out ultrafiltration to obtain an alga oligosaccharide hydrolysate. By using the method provided by this invention, functional alga oligosaccharides can be obtained, the emission of carbon footprints can be greatly reduced, and this invention is beneficial to reduction of energy cost and environmental protection.本發明提供一種海藻寡糖之製備方法,其包括將海藻清洗去鹽製成藻漿,以藻漿誘導海洋弧菌產生粗酵素液,使藻漿與粗酵素液混合進行水解反應,獲得海藻多醣水解液,然後進行超過濾獲得海藻寡糖水解液。本發明之方法可獲得功能性海藻寡糖,且大幅降低碳足跡排放量,有利於簡省能源成本及環境保護。
