A separate electrode retainer is hinged on at least one electrode branch of the jaw part in a relatively pivotable manner and an electrode is installed on the electrode retainer in a resilient/pliable manner.Linvention concerne un instrument HF à actionnement manuel de type bipolaire, comportant une partie mâchoire constituée de deux branches délectrode pouvant se déplacer lune par rapport à lautre à la manière dune paire de pinces ou de ciseaux, et une poignée dinstrument permettant dactionner et dactiver la partie mâchoire. Au moins une des branches délectrode de la partie mâchoire est pourvue dun support délectrode séparé lequel est monté au moyen dune charnière de manière à pouvoir effectuer un pivotement relatif et lequel est pourvu dune électrode montée de manière élastique/flexible.
