PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial and deodorant fiber fabric to which a good antibacterial and deodorant performance is given without concomitant use of a well-known antibacterial and deodorizing agent along with a binder, and to provide a processing method of the antibacterial and deodorant fiber fabric.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by fixing on the fabric a copolymer X of components A and B； a copolymer Y of components A, B and C； a copolymer X' of components A' and B； a copolymer Y' of components A', B and C； or the above-mentioned copolymers in combination with component D or E. The components A, B, C, D and E are, respectively, a sulfonic acid-based vinyl monomer, a polyethylene glycol divinyl monomer, maleic acid or maleic anhydride, a hygroscopic material and a triazine compound.【課題】本発明は、公知の抗菌消臭剤及びバインダーの併用無しには良好な抗菌消臭性能付与した、抗菌消臭繊維布帛及び抗菌消臭繊維布帛の加工方法を提供する物である。【解決手段】次のＡ及びＢ成分の共重合物Ｘ、Ａ、Ｂ及びＣ成分の共重合物Ｙ、Ａ´及びＢ成分の共重合物Ｘ´及びＡ´Ｂ及びＣ成分の共重合物Ｙ´、もしくは上記共重号物にＤ成分もしくはＥ成分を固着することにより課題が解決する。Ａ成分：スルホン酸系ビニルモノマーＢ成分：ポリエチレングリコールジビニルモノマーＣ成分：マレイン酸もしくは無水マレイン酸Ｄ成分：吸湿性物質Ｅ成分：トリアジン化合物
