PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric which realizes a dry feeling at a higher level and simultaneously has a good skin touch by reducing a liquid film formed between fibers to improve the low liquid remnant performance and at the same time by improving the low liquid return performance, and a fiber treatment agent with which said nonwoven fabric is obtained.SOLUTION: Provided is a nonwoven fabric containing a liquid film cleavage agent or the following compound, and 1 or more selected from the following component (A), component (B) and component (C).
