PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for cleaning the surroundings of the anus or the vagina, having improved wiping ability of feces and color of the feces, and hardly causing foam.SOLUTION: The sheet 1A for cleaning the surroundings of the anus or the vagina is constituted of a nonwoven fabric which has protruded parts 2 and recessed parts 3 formed over the whole of the nonwoven fabric. The sheet 1A for cleaning the surroundings of the anus or the vagina is obtained by impregnating 1 pt.wt. nonwoven fabric with 1-10 pts.wt. water-based detergent containing 0.1-1 wt.% nonionic surfactant, 0.001-0.1 wt.% silicone oil and 80-99.9 wt.% water, wherein the nonionic surfactant contains &ge90% nonionic surfactant having a polyalkylene oxide skeleton in the main chain.
