PURPOSE: An extracting method of food components having antithrombotic function from figs, and an antithrombotic extract are provided to prevent the generation of side effects from the food components. CONSTITUTION: An extracting method of food components having antithrombotic function from figs comprises the following steps: cutting the figs, and extracting water-soluble components from the figs using water at the temperature lower than 30 deg C; removing insoluble components from the obtained extract by centrifugal separating; inserting ethanol into the extract; and settling the mixture for 12 hours at 4 deg C for removing ethanol soluble components.본 발명은 무화과으로부터 항혈전 기능의 식품성분을 추출하는 방법 및 그 추출 방법에 의해 추출된 항혈전성 추출물에 관한 것으로, 본 방법에 의해 추출된 추출물는 혈소판 응집 억제율이 우수하여 혈전 형성을 수반하는 질환의 예방 및 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
