PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of twist in each sheet of three-dimensional gathers of a three-layer structure and further improve feeling of use of a disposable diaper.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper has a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet, an absorber interposed between both of the sheets, and a pair of three-dimensional gathers formed in both right and left ends of the absorber in a width direction. The three-dimensional gathers include a first sheet part 41, a second sheet part 42, and a third sheet part 43 arranged between the first sheet part 41 and the second sheet part 42. The three-dimensional gathers have a plurality of temporary fixing parts A in one line or plural lines along a longitudinal direction in order to join the first sheet part 41 and the third sheet part 43.
