Inside a pocket provided inside an exterior body, end parts in the back and forth direction of the three-dimensional gathers 21 and the leg gathers 23 are positioned. The three-dimensional gathers 21 are provided with base end parts 21B where the side sheets 21S gripping the first elastic members 21E are adhered to an absorbent body 16.
