PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioimage photographing system for adequately preventing a capturing person such as a radiologic technologist from erroneously emitting a radiation from a radiation generator when a radioimage photographing device is in a photographing impossible state, by simply improving an apparatus present in a facility.SOLUTION: The radioimage photographing system 50 includes: the radioimage photographing device 1 the radiation generator 57 having a radiation source 52 for emitting the radiation to the radioimage photographing device 1, and an exposure switch 56 for indicating the emission of the radiation to the radiation source 52 and a console 58 for managing the state of the radioimage photographing device 1. A cover device 70 for permitting an operation with respect to the exposure switch 56 in an opened state and not permitting the operation with respect to the exposure switch 56 in a closed state is attached to the exposure switch 56 of the radiation generator 57.
