PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic imaging apparatus, even when power supply capacity of external power is relatively small, capable of smoothly executing an examination.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic imaging apparatus connected to an external power supply includes: an X-ray tube for generating X ray a high-voltage generator that applies a high voltage to the X-ray tube an exposure capacitor for storing power to be applied to the high-voltage generator a bed top plate on which a subject is placed a bed drive device for performing a moving operation of the bed top plate and a power control part for performing a control such that a total amount of power consumption required for the bed drive device to perform a moving operation of the bed plate, and power consumption required for the exposure capacitor to perform a charging operation does not exceed supply power of the external power supply.
