The passage opening (19, 20, 21) is expanded proceeding from the second surface (15) to the first surface (9) of the base part (2), wherein the passage opening (19, 20, 21) and the bearing surface (16, 17, 18) of the base part (2) are shaped in such a way that the sleeve (3, 4, 5) can be inserted at least partially into the passage opening (19, 20, 21) and the sleeve (3, 4, 5) rests on the bearing surface (16, 17, 18) in an inserted state and is positioned in the position and orientation thereof relative to the base part (2).
