PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery apparatus that can be used while being gripped in a direction that it can be easily operated.SOLUTION: A surgery apparatus 10 includes a base part 20, a cylindrical holding body 30 held by the base part, a gripping part 60 extending from the base part in an extending direction non-parallel to a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical holding body, a drive member 40 inserted into the cylindrical holding body so as to move in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical holding body, and be rotated around an axis line parallel to the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical holding body, and a treatment unit 50 having an operation member connected to the drive member which is provided to one end of the cylindrical holding body.
