PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knapsack in which the shouldering comfort can be further improved and also the fatigue reducing effect can be increased furthermore.SOLUTION: A knapsack 1 includes a knapsack body 2, and a pair of left and right knapsack belts 3, 3 hung on both shoulders of a person W of shouldering the knapsack body 2. The knapsack includes: an upper region 17 where the surface 8 of the shouldering person side in the knapsack body 2 is present in a position corresponding to the back 16 of the shouldering person W an intermediate region 19 being in the position corresponding to the waist 18 of the shouldering person W and a lower region 21 being in the position corresponding to the upper part 20 of buttocks of the shouldering person W.
