PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable handle knobs for fishing reels, having different sizes, to be made by an inexpensive construction.SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 90 includes a first cylindrical part 90a in a cylinder shape attached to the outer periphery side of knob shaft 18 so as to be freely rotatable, and an engaged part 90b formed at the tip part of the first cylinder part 90a. The knob part 91 has a cylindrical knob body 91a and a through-hole 91b formed so as to penetrate the knob body 91a to the inner periphery part of the knob body 91a and allowing the first cylinder part 90a and the second cylinder part 92b to be installed so that the engaging part 92a may engage with the engaged part 90b at the intermediate position.
