This invention provides a foot state management interaction system including at least one management server including a network unit and a data processing unit. The network unit is used for network communication and is in communication with at least one terminal device for detecting a foot state. The data processing unit is electrically coupled to the network unit and is used for managing foot state information transmitted by the at least one terminal device for detecting the foot state. The at least one management sensor is used for matching a first terminal device in the at least one terminal device for detecting the foot state with a first user and outputting a corresponding message to the first terminal device based on the change of the first foot state information transmitted by the first terminal device so as to perform an interaction relevant to the first foot state information with the first user.
