PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article with improved fit, wherein an absorber conforms easily to the shape of the body.SOLUTION: In the absorbent 4, the thickness of the absorber in a gluteal cleft-facing region 25 which comprises a part that faces the gluteal cleft and is posterior to the blood-discharging orifice-facing region 23 comprising a part that faces the blood-discharging orifice, is formed thinner than that in the blood-discharging orifice-facing region 23 and a first compressed groove 26 is provided on an unused surface of the gluteal cleft-facing region 25 and in the center of the transverse direction of the feminine napkin 1 along the longitudinal direction.
