PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which moisture permeability of a rear surface sheet side is high, and a body fluid is less likely to leak from the rear surface sheet side.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 comprises an absorber 4 and a moisture-permeable rear surface sheet 3 disposed on a non skin-facing surface side of the absorber 4, and has an excretion-part facing part B disposed oppositely to an excretion part of a wearer at the time of wearing. Between the absorber 4 and the rear surface sheet 3 at the excretion-part facing part B, a spacer member 10 for separating the absorber 4 and the rear surface sheet 3 in their thickness direction is interposed. The spacer member 10 is formed by laminating a plurality of water-repellent net-like sheets 11, 12 in which a plurality of nets 11A, 12A are formed regularly. The net-like sheets 11, 12, which have a lamination structure and are adjacent to each other in the thickness direction in the lamination structure, are disposed offset so that the nets 11A, 12A do not match with each other.
