PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compatibly attain the absorbency and fitting property in a blood-discharge opening part and the fitting property in the gluteal cleft part.

SOLUTION: An absorber 4 is formed with a thick wall part 40 which is thicker than a peripheral part by an upper-layer absorber 4A and extending along a width-directional central part, wherein the thick wall part 40 has a blood discharge opening part 41 corresponding to the blood discharge opening, and the gluteal cleft part 42 located in its posterior and corresponding to the gluteal cleft. A front-side part 4A1including the blood discharge opening part 41 in the upper-layer absorber 4A consists of synthetic fibers with the fiber length of 4-10 mm and the fineness of 2-10 dtex and pulp fibers, a ratio of the pulp fiber to the synthetic fibers is 80-20:20-80 in the weight conversion, the fiber basis weight is 200-500 g/m2and the thickness is 5-20 mm, while the back-side part 4A2including the gluteal cleft part 42 in the upper-layer absorber 4A consists of synthetic fibers with the fiber length of 4-20 mm and the fineness of 5-20 dtex and pulp fibers, a ratio of the pulp fibers to the synthetic fibers is 0-80:20-100 in the weight conversion, the fiber basis weight is 200-500 g/m2and the thickness is 8-25 mm.
