PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant drying chamber and a plant drying method that can prevent the discoloration of plants and the destruction of active ingredients.SOLUTION: The plant drying chamber includes the room interior 14 surrounded by a floor 11, side walls 12 and the roof 13. Porous slates 15 radiating far-infrared rays are disposed on at least the floor 11 and the side walls 12.
