PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient work space even when an irradiation nozzle is put closer to a patient by improving a method for switching and driving a bolus thereby downsizing a bolus attachment part.SOLUTION: Rotating irradiation type particle beam therapy equipment includes an irradiation apparatus 1 and a rotary frame 2 which mounts the irradiation apparatus 1 thereon and rotates around a treatment table 4 along with the irradiation apparatus 1, and the rotating irradiation type particle beam therapy equipment can perform irradiation from a plurality of irradiation directions by rotating the rotary frame 2. In the equipment, the irradiation apparatus 1 is provided with a plurality of (two in Figure) boluses for adjusting distribution of particle beam to be irradiated in association with the irradiation direction.
