PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging technique capable of obtaining an image of high signal/noise ratio with a smaller number of calibration points.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device having multiple pixels capable of outputting an image signal according to irradiation of radiation includes an imaging section 102 including a photoelectric converting section having first capacity and second capacity as the charge storage capacity, and a gain correcting section 109 correcting the pixel value for the dose of radiation irradiated based on the image signal outputted according to the charges stored in the photoelectric converting section.
