PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output only an oblique image as a diagnostic target, reduce a communication load, and reduce a capacity load of a PACS server.SOLUTION: When a reconfigured tomosynthesis image is transferred to an external device such as a PACS, it becomes possible to efficiently use a storage capacity by transferring only a necessary tomographic image without transferring all frame data. Furthermore, by transferring an oblique image with parameters added, it is possible to efficiently perform image diagnosis from the external device at a transfer destination without reconfiguration, and re-photographing under the same condition for follow-up, etc. can be performed easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 これにより、オブリーク画像のみを診断対象として出力することも可能となり、通信負荷を軽減することができる。また、ＰＡＣＳサーバの容量負荷を減らすことができる。【解決手段】 再構成したトモシンセシス画像をＰＡＣＳ等の外部機器に転送する際、全てのフレームデータを転送することなく、必要な断層画像のみを転送することで、記憶容量を効率的に使用することが可能となる。さらに、パラメータを付加してオブリーク画像を転送することで、転送先の外部機器からの画像診断を、再構成することなく効率的に実施することができ、経過観察などの目的による同一条件での再撮影も行いやすくなる。【選択図】 図１
