To provide an underpants-type disposable diaper which prevents a disposal tape from excessively extending, and is excellent in workability of putting the diaper into a disposal form.SOLUTION: An external surface of a diaper 1 is provided with a disposal tape 10. In the disposal tape 10, a fixing part 12, an intermediate part 15 and a fastening part 18 are arranged along a longer direction X1 of the disposal tape 10 in this order, and are laminated in this order to form a three-folded state. An interval between the fastening part 18 and the intermediate part 15 is bonded so as to be peelable, and an interval between the intermediate part 15 and the fixing part 12 is bonded so as to be peelable. The fastening part 18 and the intermediate part 15 are extendable in the longer direction X1 of the disposal tape 10 in an expanded state of releasing a three-folded state.
