PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper in which a waste tape can be extended easily, and local tight binding force caused by the waste tape is hardly applied to a diaper in a disposal format.SOLUTION: A waste tape 10 is provided on an external surface of a diaper 1. The waste tape 10 is configured so that a fixing part 12, an extension part 15, and a fitting part 18 are arranged in the order along a longitudinal direction X1 of the waste tape 10, and is formed into a fold in three laminated in the order. The fitting part 18 and the extension part 15 are jointed in a manner of capable of being peeled, and the extension part 15 and the fixing part 12 are also jointed in a manner of capable of being peeled. The extension part 15 has an extension start load which is equal to or less than 6.5 N. The waste tape 10 has a width shrinkage ratio of 25% or less when the tape is extended at 100% along the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】廃棄用テープを伸長させ易く、且つ廃棄用テープに起因する局所的な緊縛力が廃棄形態のおむつに加わりにくいパンツ型使い捨ておむつを提供すること。【解決手段】おむつ１の外面に廃棄用テープ１０が設けられている。廃棄用テープ１０は固定部１２と伸長部１５と止着部１８とが、この順で廃棄用テープ１０の長手方向Ｘ１に沿って配置されているとともに、この順で積層された三つ折り状態になっている。止着部１８と伸長部１５との間が剥離可能に接合されているとともに、伸長部１５と固定部１２との間も剥離可能に接合されている。伸長部１５はその伸長開始荷重が６．５Ｎ以下である。廃棄用テープ１０は、これを長手方向に沿って１００％伸長させたときの幅縮み率が２５％以下である。【選択図】図６
