CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sterilizing and drying towels comprises a fixture(110), a luminous unit(120), a heating panel(130), a power supply unit(140), and sensors(151,153). The fixture is formed in the shape of a board extended in the longitudinal direction. The luminous unit is connected to the fixture and is equipped with a sterilization lamp extended in the longitudinal direction. One side of the heating panel is connected to the lower part of the luminous unit. The power supply unit supplies power to at least one of the luminous unit and heating panel.본 발명은, 고정대； 상기 고정대에 연결되고, 길이 방향으로 연장하도록 형성되는 살균 램프를 구비하는, 발광 유닛； 상기 길이 방향을 따라 연장하는 일 측이 상기 발광 유닛의 하부에 연결되며, 면상발열체층을 구비하는, 발열 패널； 및 상기 발광 유닛 및 상기 발열 패널 중 적어도 하나에 대해 전원을 공급하도록 형성되는, 전원공급부를 포함하는, 수건 살균 건조 장치를 제공한다.
