PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing preserved flowers capable of preserving calyx is provided to prevent petals from falling apart and extend the lifetime of preserved flower. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing preserved flowers is prepared by the step of the following. Flowers(100) are gathered after cutting peduncles(130)； a calyx(120) of the flower covering the petals(110) protects the flower by a cover(200)； the flowers covered with calyx are soaked into dehydrating/decolorizing solution to remove the sap, color, and chlorophyll； the dehydrated and decolorized flowers are colored by soaking in colorizing/preserving solution； after the colorizing and preserving procedure, the flowers are dried； and a cover is removed from the flowers after drying. The cover has a container shape with a hole to put peduncles of flowers and the cover uses a soft film covering around calyx.본 발명에 의한 꽃받침 보존이 가능한 보존화 제조방법은, 꽃자루(130)를 절단하여 절화(100)를 수거하는 절화단계와, 상기 절화(100)의 꽃받침(120)이 꽃잎(110)을 감싼 상태에서 상기 꽃받침(120)이 커버(200)에 의해 보호되도록 하는 꽃받침커버단계와, 상기 꽃받침커버단계를 통해 꽃받침(120)이 커버된 절화(100)를 본래의 수액과 색소, 엽록소 등을 제거하기 위해 탈수탈색용 용액에 침전시키는 탈수탈색단계와, 상기 탈수탈색단계를 거친 절화(100)를 착색보존용 용액에 침전시켜 원하는 색상으로 염색시키고 장기간 보존이 가능하도록 하는 착색보존단계와, 상기 착색보존단계를 거친 절화(100)를 건조시키는 건조단계와, 상기 건조단계를 거친 절화(100)로부터 커버(200)를 제거하는 커버제거단계로 이루어짐으로써, 제조 공정 중에 꽃받침(120)이 마찰에 의해 이탈되는 현상을 방지할 수 있기 때문에, 보존화가 완성된 후에도 꽃받침(120)이 계속 붙어 있게 되어, 꽃잎(110)이 이탈하는 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 발명에 관한 것이다.
