The present invention relates to a liquid supply device. The device is applied to supply magnetized water to plants after the installation of a cartridge including a magnetized water converter installed on the outer edge of a supply pipe when nutritional supplements are required to be supplied to the plants through a sprayer, or is applied to supply the magnetized water to livestock such as cattle, hogs, or chickens after the cartridge including a magnetized water converter installed on the outer edge of a supply pipe for supplying water to the livestock.
