The present invention relates to a moisture supply apparatus using pressure, capable of constantly supplying a proper amount of moisture by using a pressure sensor irrespective of shape of mushroom media the moisture content and the size of which are not standardized when moisture or nutrition solution required to grow mushroom is supplied, so as to make a mushroom cap wide and to make a stalk of mushroom thick, and thereby giving assistance for the quality and the growth of mushroom, and also minimizing time and manpower consumed to supply the moisture or the nutrition solution.
