PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject an optional amount of liquid within a predetermined amount.SOLUTION: A dispenser includes: a container member 2, a spraying member 3, a liquid supply pipe 4, an air pump 5, a control member 12, a first air supply pipe 6, a second air supply pipe 7, an air branch member 8, and a valve member 9. A predetermined amount of liquid 100 in the container member 2 is supplied into an intermediate part 42 of the liquid supply pipe 4 through the valve member 9 when the air pump 5 is not driven. When the air pump 5 is driven, the liquid 100 accumulated to the predetermined amount in the intermediate part 42 of the liquid supply pipe 4 is supplied to the spraying member 3 and is injected on a hand 13 as mist 103 from the spraying member 3.
