PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load detector of a bed excellent in load detection performance.SOLUTION: The load detector 1 is provided with: a substrate part 2 placed on a bed installation surface 15 a cantilever beam part 5 which is supported by the substrate part 2 nearly horizontally with the bed installation surface 15 from the above and which integrally has a placing board part 7 for placing a leg part of a bed on its tip and a distortion detection sensor 8 which detects the distortion of the beam part 5 and outputs a signal used for detecting a load applied on the leg of the bed.
