The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nursery bed device. For sapling cultivation which has been conventionally manually performed through various steps, a nursery bed preparing step is automated. When a nursery bed is proceeded sequentially through a conveyor, a soil is spread on the nursery bed, and seeds are scattered thereonto. Then, a soil is re-covered thereon, and the nursery bed is disposed on a rice seedbed in parallel. A nonwoven fabric and vinyl are wrapped thereon, and both edge parts of the vinyl can be covered by a soil to cover up the seeds with the soil. A simple structure is ensured, and automation can be ensured. Thus, manpower is reduced, and operation efficiency can be improved. In particular, according to the present invention, a soil, seeds, and the like which are covered over a nursery bed are made to be spread on a nursery bed by naturally falling by using gravity. Accordingly, electricity consumption is minimized. Also, a nursery bed operation which has been prepared for a long time by various persons is automated, and thus fuel consumption can be minimized. According to the present invention, two nursery beds are formed at once for sapling cultivation, and thus sapling cultivation can be prepared in two lines on a rice seedbed at once.
