The present invention relates to an agricultural method for promoting plant growth by applying fertilizer, flattening soil, making ridges and furrows with constant width, planting seeds or seedlings on the ridges, and then covering the ground with a mulching vinyl sheet and a transparent vinyl sheet. The agricultural method comprises the following steps: preparing an inner mulching vinyl sheet in constant width which has a transparent portion formed in the middle, cut units at intervals in a widthwise direction, and a black portion formed on an edge and can cover the ridges and the furrows； preparing an outer transparent vinyl sheet in a width wider than the transparent portion of the inner mulching vinyl sheet； planting seeds or seedlings on the ridges； covering the ridges with the inner mulching vinyl sheet； covering the inner mulching vinyl sheet with the outer transparent vinyl sheet after an immediately earlier step or at the same time； and fixating the vinyl sheet by covering an edge of the inner mulching vinyl sheet and a middle portion of the outer transparent vinyl sheet with a thin layer of soil. After a certain time elapses, the outer transparent vinyl sheet and the soil (covering soil) are removed and then sprouts grow through the cut units. Accordingly, growth of plant can be accelerated.본 발명은 거름을 하고 토양을 고른 뒤 일정한 폭의 이랑과 고랑을 만들고, 상기 이랑에 씨앗 또는 모종을 심은 다음, 그 위에 멀칭 비닐과 투명비닐을 덮어서 식물의 생육을 촉진하는 농사방법에 관한 것으로서, 중간에는 투명 부분이 형성되며, 상기 투명 부분은 폭 방향으로 소정 간격의 절개부가 형성되고, 가장자리에는 검은색 부분이 형성되어 상기 이랑과 고랑을 덮을 수 있는 일정한 폭의 내측 멀칭비닐을 준비하는 단계； 상기 내측 멀칭비닐의 투명 부분보다 넓은 폭의 외측 투명비닐을 준비하는 단계； 씨앗 또는 모종을 이랑에 심는 단계； 상기 내측 멀칭비닐을 덮는 단계； 상기 직전 단계 후 또는 동시에, 그 위에 상기 외측 투명비닐을 덮는 단계； 상기 단계 후, 상기 내측 멀칭비닐의 가장자리 및 상기 외측 투명비닐의 중간에 엷게 복토하여 비닐을 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 멀칭 비닐을 이용한 농사방법에 관한 것이다.따라서 일정시간이 경과한 후, 외측 투명비닐 및 흙(복토)을 제거하면, 상기 절개부를 통해서 새 순이 생장하도록 함으로서 식물의 생육을 촉진할 수 있다.
