The present invention relates to an automatic vinyl seed sheet mulching apparatus for automatically mulching a vinyl seed sheet having seeds attached thereon while moving in connection with a tractor. More specifically, the automatic vinyl seed sheet mulching apparatus includes: a treading means for tilling the soil in forward and backward directions from a main frame； a ground leveling means for leveling the worked soil； a mulching means for mulching the vinyl seed sheet onto the ground surface； a covering means for covering the upper part of the seeds on the vinyl seed sheet with soil； and a cutting means for cutting the vinyl seed sheet. The automatic vinyl seed sheet mulching apparatus can execute the operations of moving and tilling the soil in connection with a tractor, leveling the worked soil, mulching the vinyl seed sheet onto the ground surface, covering the seeds on the vinyl seed sheet with soil, and cutting the vinyl seed sheet continuously, thereby significantly increasing workability in a farm not having a sufficient labor force.본 발명은 트랙터 등에 연결하여 이동하면서 씨앗이 부착된 씨앗 비닐을 자동 멀칭하는 씨앗 비닐 자동 멀칭 장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세하게는 메인 프레임의 전후방으로 땅을 경운하는 경운 수단, 경우 작업된 땅을 평탄화하는 지면 평탄화 수단, 씨앗 비닐을 지면에 멀칭 작업하는 멀칭 수단과, 씨앗 비닐의 씨앗 상부로 복토를 행하는 복토 수단 및 씨앗 비닐을 절단하는 절단 수단을 구성하여 트랙터 등에 연결하여 이동하면서 땅을 경운하는 작업과 경운 작업된 땅을 평탄화하는 작업과 씨앗 비닐을 지면에 멀칭하는 작업과 씨앗 비닐의 씨앗 위치로 복토하는 작업 및, 씨앗 비닐을 절단하는 작업을 자동으로 연속 수행하면서 일손이 부족한 농가에서 종래보다 작업성을 월등히 향상시키도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.
