The present invention relates to a gear-type power assisted walking apparatus for walking comprising, a knee device, a sole device, a wire unit and a leg fixing device, in symmetrical pairs with the same configuration. The leg fixing device having a multi-layered band shape fixes femoral and calf parts in order to allow users with weak knee strength to walk and maintain the upright state, and the wire fixing bundle descends downward when the user presses a heel push plate having a bottom restoration elastic body of the sole device unit with the heel. The wire rotates a pinion gear in the counterclockwise direction by lowering a rack gear of the knee device, and a stopper is compressed by the upper restoration elastic body and the knee device is spread, simultaneously. When the heel falls on the heel push plate, the rack gear is raised upward due to the expansion elastic force of the upper restoration elastic body and the lower restoration elastic body, and the pinion gear turns clockwise to fold the knee device, stepping forward by repeatedly the spreading and folding mentioned above.본 발명은 보행을 위한 기어형 무동력 보조 보행장치에 관한 것으로서, 무릎 장치부, 발바닥 장치부, 와이어부 및 다리 고정부로 구성되고, 동일한 구성으로 대칭되어 한 짝으로 구성되는 장치이며, 무릎의 근력이 약한 사용자가 걷기 및 직립 상태를 유지하기 위하여, 복층의 밴드형상을 한 다리 고정부가 대퇴부 및 종아리부를 고정하고, 사용자가 발바닥 장치부의 하부 복원 탄성체를 가진 뒤꿈치 누름판을 뒤꿈치로 누를시에 와이어 고정뭉치가 아래 방향으로 내려가되, 와이어가 무릎 장치부의 렉기어를 아래 방향으로 내려 피니언 기어를 반시계 방향으로 회전시키며, 스토퍼를 상부 복원 탄성체가 압축되는 동시에 무릎 장치부가 펴지고, 뒤꿈치 누룸판에 뒤꿈치가 떨어질 시 상부 복원 탄성체 및 하부 복원 탄성체의 팽창 탄성력으로 렉 기어가 위 방향으로 올라가되, 피니언 기어가 시계방향으로 돌아가 무릎 장치부가 접히며, 상기 펴짐 및 접힘을 반복하여 걸음을 내딛는 무동력 보조 보행장치에 관한 것이다.
