The present invention relates to a front tilt preventing type walking assistance device which additionally configures a foot coupling body connected to a lower leg coupling body, formed by mutually connecting bodies wrapping the talocrural joint positioned at the anterior ankle, the mid foot of the sole, and sides of the ankle, to assist the walking of the handicapped, who take abnormal steps or fall down because the ankle and knee of the handicapped are weak and lack of front support force, and are tilted in the front side in the case of no help from an assistance device like crutches, to prevent problems of inconvenient walking, slow walking speed, and attention from surroundings, and to assure a walking motion similar to that of a normal person.
