According to the present invention, a medical compression band has a knitting structure in which yarns are knitted into one textile selected from warp textiles and weft textiles. The yarns are double covering yarns of which a core yarn is covered two times by a first effect yarn and a second effect yarn. The core yarn is a spandex yarn and the second effect yarn includes a side by side type composite fiber having combined two polymers with different hygroscopicity. According to the present invention, the medical compression band includes a side by side type composite fiber of which length is variably changed according to drying and wet states in the first effective yarn and/or the second effect yarn comprising the medical compression band such that the present invention has a low ventilation in a drying state but, when the state becomes a wet caused by sweats in the body, the side by side type composite fiber is stretched to improve greatly ventilation.
