PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet configured to reduce an amount of moisture on one surface side and not to retain the moisture by a sheet forming the one surface by moving the moisture such as perspiration on the one surface side to the other surface side and evaporating it without retaining it on the one surface.SOLUTION: A composite sheet 1 includes: a first surface F1 and a second surface F2 located at an opposite side of the first surface； a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric 2A forming the first surface； and a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 2B forming the second surface.
