The polymer layer is arranged on the surface of the woven fabric through hot press molding, 3D stack molding or injection molding, and some of the polymer layer will enter the pores of the woven fabric. The coating layer can be provided on the surface of the polymer layer by vacuum sputtering. The appearance of the composite bone implant according to the present invention is a flat or curved sheet-like body, and can be manufactured according to the shape of the bone, so that the composite bone implant can fit the surface of the bone.本發明為一種複合式骨植入物及其製作方法，包括一織布、一聚合層及一鍍膜層，其中織布為由複數個碳纖維交錯堆疊或編織而成的片狀體，並於各個碳纖維織之間存在複數個孔隙。聚合層透過熱壓成型、3D堆疊成型或射出成型的方式設置在織布的表面，其中部分的聚合層會進入織布的孔隙內。鍍膜層可透過真空濺鍍的方式，設置在聚合層的表面。本發明所述的複合式骨植入物的外觀為平面或曲面的片狀體，並可依據骨骼的形狀製作，使得複合式骨植入物可貼合骨骼的表面。
