Disclosed are a composite non-woven fabric and a manufacturing method thereof, which comprises: a non-woven substrate composed of one or more selected from a group consisting of polylactic acid fiber, polycaprolactone fiber and lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer fiber formed by electrospinning； and a coating layer of carboxylmethyl cellulose formed on at least one among both sides of the non-woven substrate or the inner pores of the non-woven substrate, wherein the composite non-woven fabric becomes opaque when not absorbing moisture and becomes transparent when absorbing moisture.전기방사에 의해 형성된 폴리락트산, 폴리카프로락톤 및 락트산-글리콜산 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 섬유로 이루어진 부직포 기재； 및 상기 부직포 기재의 양면 또는 부직포 기재의 내부 기공 중 적어도 1종 이상에 형성된 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스 코팅층을 포함하고, 비흡액 상태에서는 불투명하고, 흡액 상태에서는 투명화되는 복합 부직포 및 이의 제조 방법이 제시된다.
